At Shop Mahata Stores, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.
✅ Return Policy
You must request a return within 10 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Products marked as “No Return Applicable” are not eligible for return.

Incorrect item received
Damaged or defective product received
Completely wrong size or design delivered
📌 Note: Minor color variations due to screen brightness or lighting will not be considered a valid return reason.
✅ Refund Policy
Refund will be initiated only after quality inspection of the returned item.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
📌 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to Bank Account / UPI provided by the customer.
✅ Exchange Policy
Exchange is available for size issues or alternative product requests.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
