Refund & Returns Policy

At Shop Mahata Stores, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.


✅ Return Policy

  • You must request a return within 10 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Items that are worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Products marked as “No Return Applicable” are not eligible for return.


✅ Eligible Return Reasons

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Completely wrong size or design delivered

📌 Note: Minor color variations due to screen brightness or lighting will not be considered a valid return reason.


✅ Refund Policy

  • Refund will be initiated only after quality inspection of the returned item.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.

📌 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to Bank Account / UPI provided by the customer.


✅ Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is available for size issues or alternative product requests.

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, a refund will be issued.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed items

  • Personal/beauty items due to hygiene reasons

  • Clearance Sale / Offer / Discounted products

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse


📝 Required for Return Request

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (in case of damaged product claim)
